The big feature/gripe is the unread tweet sync, it only works with the iPhone counterpart (which doesn't do it for me) but is probably the reason for the price. There are enough options (growl, dock, menubar and kb shortcut to show etc) to suit most if not all users workflows without being in the way.
I can't really comment on list support as it's not something I personally use but it does support bit.ly url shortening and it's accounts, plixi and twitpic for image uploading but a wide range of services for image and video are also supported for popup viewing. Throughout the installation process please click on 'Next' for the first 2 steps once you get the options on the monitor.
